Ph.D. in Science from Department of Human System Science, Graduate School of Decision Science and Technology, Tokyo Institute of Technology.
After working as an assistant at the Graduate School of Decision Science and Technology, Tokyo Institute of Technology, and as an assistant professor / lecturer at the Institute of Liberal Arts, she is currently a Associate Professor (lecturer) at Institute of Liberal Arts, Institute of Science Tokyo.
She received the Science and Technology Award of the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2016 (in the category of promoting understanding).
Her major publications include “The World is Driven by Cognitive Bias: Weapons and Culture for Surviving in an Information Society” (2025, SB Creative), co-authored works such as “Educational Methodology and ICT Utilization that Teachers and Students Should Know” (2021, Hokuju Shuppan), and “The Forefront of Metaphor Research” (2007, Hitsuji Shobo).
