2026年7月31日(金)9：30より一橋大学のDavid U. Socol de la Osa先生をお迎えし食の進化イニシアチブ　ワークショップを開催いたします。

講演タイトル：Governing Emerging Technologies Across Sectors: Novel Foods, Sustainability, and Regulatory Coordination
スピーカー：David U. Socol de la Osa, Assistant Professor at Hitotsubashi University's Legal Innovation Department

日本やシンガポールを始め、多くの国で萌芽技術ガバナンスの国際比較研究を進めてらっしゃるDavid U. Socol de la Osa先生（一橋大学）を迎えて研究会を行います。培養肉（細胞性食品）・AIのガバナンスなど、各国の技術レギュレーションで技術の不確実性がどのように対処されるのかを報告いただきます。話者のSocol de la Osa先生は日本の研究者・関係者ともぜひ意見交換したいとのこと、関心をお持ちの方にはぜひご参加いただければ幸いです。

Speaker: David U. Socol de la Osa, Assistant Professor at Hitotsubashi University's Legal Innovation Department

Dr. David U. Socol de la Osa (Hitotsubashi University), who has been conducting international comparative research on emerging technology governance in Japan, the UK, and many other countries, gives a talk. With a focus on the governance of cultured meat (cellular food) and AI, we will discuss how regulators in each country manage technological uncertainty. The speaker, Dr. Socol de la Osa, would like to exchange views with researchers and stakeholders in Japan. Please join us!
